How to Delete Your Shutter Location Account
If you wish to delete your Shutter Location account and all associated data, follow these steps:
- In-App Deletion: Log into your account, tap the top-left menu, go to "Setting and Privacy" > "Account Settings" > "Delete Account," and confirm. This will permanently delete your account and all data instantly.
- Outside the App: If you’ve uninstalled the app or can’t access it, email us at vincentyipcn@gmail.com with your registered email address. We’ll process your request within 7 business days.
Data Handling
- Data Deleted: Your account and all associated data (photos, locations, etc.) will be permanently removed.
- Data Retained: No data will be retained after deletion.
- Processing Time: In-app deletion is immediate; email requests are completed within 7 business days.
